Our courses on offer:
1 to 1 Personal Training
You will have the time and full attention of a fully qualified personal trainer for an hour or more specific times a week. The trainer will motivate and guide you through your workout and advise on future sessions. Also trainer will ensure that you get the most out of your workout each visit at the gym.
Buddy Fitness Training
Buddy training is two or more people with similar goals and levels, training together under the guide of personal trainer. This could be yourself and another person or more people - either a friends, partner, family members or working colleagues - The trainer will assist you to achieving your fitness goals by developing a total fitness programme that is specifically tailored according to your needs. The training sessions are interactive, fun and focuses on necessary skills such as flexibility, balance, quick reaction, coordination and strength. The sessions are kept small, no more than 4 clients by keeping the number of clients small this ensures that you receive more attention so that you can maximize you're results. Training with a buddy could help to increase your motivation, it makes the training sessions much more challenging and more affordable!
Designing Programme or Plus Reviews
A qualified personal trainer will meet with you to discuss aims and objectives. The trainer will then spend time writing a personalised fitness programme plan and will walk you through it. A personal fitness programme plan is ideal for guiding you towards your fitness targets.
Group Fitness Activities
Reach your fitness goals by boosting your metabolism and by building strength and cardiovascular endurance. All classes are designed for all abilities and allow you to exercise at your own pace!
