Agreed session plan must be paid in advance prior to the appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment also notified cancellations must be re-booked within 7 working days and can’t be rescheduled twice. The package’s expiry date is 3 months from the purchased date. Please note: If you fail to apply to the above CANCELLATION POLICY, the appointment(s) will be fully charged or forfeited.
