a bit about me

“I am a former professional boxer & athlete, who is also fully qualified as a Personal Trainer with over 18 years’ experience. I train a wide range of people including athletes, corporate clients, office workers, mothers, rugby & football players.”

I have a strong desire to help others to live a fun & healthy lifestyle using my wealth of experience and knowledge.

My philosophy as a personal trainer and former athlete is to train every single one of my clients like a world-class athlete. I believe even if you are not one, you can train like one! Training with the mindset of an athlete will guarantee you to reach your fitness goals in the shortest amount of time. No matter your fitness levels, I am dedicated to motivating & helping you to reach your desired fitness goals. This will be achieved through variations of safe, progressive & effective exercises along with a healthy, sensible eating plan.

Sessions could take place indoors or outdoors, using your own body weight, gym equipment or a mixture of combat exercise drills such as boxing and kick boxing.
